Our most valuable service for exhibitors is the facilitation of pre-scheduled business meetings. We will arrange a minimum of 10-15 meetings with selected companies of your choice. After you identify your target companies, we will send introductory emails, keeping you in the loop, and ensure a personal introduction at your booth during the event.
Items included with exhibition space: 3 chairs, table, table cloth, space for equipment or marketing materials, electricity, power sockets, WIFI, trash bin. *TV Screen can be rented. *Banner size behind you is 2340mm x 2570mm. We gather backdrop design, print it on the textile and transport it together with the metal constructions to the event location. We build and prepare the stand for you 1 day before the event (evening). During the event the exhibition-networking area is open all the time.
